2015年9月获悉BZ艺术发明专利获得中华人民共和国的认证和通过，这一发明填补了中国和世界在这一领域的空白!中国原文化部部长高占祥获此消息，亲自招见学生艺术家张芳邨，并亲笔提词："Желаю, чтобы художник Чжан Фанцунь выиграл патент на искусство BZ.，Это изобретение и творчество - важный вклад в развитие человеческой цивилизации и искусства.!»

September 2015  The Former Chief of the minister of culture of The People’s Republic of China,Gao Zhanxiang commented on BZ ART of Fangcun Zhang :”Congratulations to Fangcun Zhang. He won the BZ ART patent, which is an important contribution to the development of human civilization!»
